She also studied in Singapore (Singapore Management University) and Italy (Universita Bocconi), where she completed the CEMS MIM international management programme. In addition to her investment advisor licence, she holds CFA and ACCA titles.
She began her professional career in the capital market in 2010 at the Wood&Co brokerage house. She then continued her professional career at NN Investment Partners TFI as a member of the fund's asset management team and Deputy Director of the Analysis Department and Sustainable Development Specialist.
Dorota Bartosz


Dorota Bartosz
Over 30 years of scientific, research and teaching experience related to the broadly understood energy efficiency of buildings, gained at the Silesian University of Technology. Author and co-author of dozens of foreign and domestic publications. Speaker at numerous conferences and seminars organised in Poland and abroad.
In the field of sustainable construction, she is particularly involved in the decarbonisation of construction, circularity, energy assessment and environmental aspects of buildings (Life Cycle Assessment, LCA). Responsible for the substantive aspects of national and international projects implemented by PLGBC. She is an ambassador for the energy transition in the construction sector. She is the author and coordinator of the first Polish certificate for residential construction, ZIELONY DOM (GREEN HOUSE). She also deals with the subject of TAXONOMY, adapting it to guidelines that allow for the assessment of construction investments in the context of their compliance with EU taxonomy guidelines.
Patryk Białas


Patryk Białas
Director of the Innovation and Competence Centre at the Euro-Centrum Science and Technology Park in Katowice, expert in innovation, EU funds and energy transition. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia and postgraduate studies at the University of Warsaw.
He specialises in regional development, technology transfer, European project management, energy transition and just transition. He has extensive experience in the public and private sectors, gained, among others, as development director at the Krakow Technology Park and deputy director at the Regional Development Department of the Marshal's Office of the Silesian Province.
He is the founder and first president of the BoMiasto association and co-founder of the Silesian Climate Movement. He is actively involved in climate protection, serving as the social coordinator of Polish leaders of the Climate Reality Project. He is also the chairman of the Climate and Environment Committee of the Katowice City Council. Patryk Białas is a fellow of the prestigious International Visitor Leadership Programme.
He is the author of the book ‘Roots of the Future. Personal stories in the just transition of Upper Silesia’. He runs the blog and podcast ‘Zielona Śląska Opinia’ (Green Silesian Opinion).
His knowledge and experience cover a wide range of issues related to regional development, innovation, EU funds, ecology and energy transition.
Krzysztof Bocian


Krzysztof Bocian
A graduate of UMCS in Lublin in Economics (specialisations: international business, economic systems) and Economic Analytics. Author of reports and analyses in areas such as economic growth, monetary policy, European integration, the processing industry and energy transition. He cooperates with the private and public sectors in the implementation of research and strategic projects and sectoral analyses.
His scientific interests include issues related to macroeconomics, economic policy, the energy sector, industry and trade. He pays particular attention to the analysis of economic data.
Grzegorz Bojar


Grzegorz Bojar
He participates in the work of ENTSO-E, a pan-European organisation of electricity transmission system operators.
On 1 January 2018, he was elected to serve as a member of the Digital Committee of ENTSO-E, and on 1 January 2020, he was appointed Vice-Chair of the committee. As CIO since 1 July 2022, he represented PSE S.A. as a member of the new ICT Committee.
This year, he was elected by the ENTSO-E authorities and has been Chairman of the ICT Committee since 26 June 2025.
Since January 2024, he has been an ordinary member of the Polish Committee of Large Networks and CIGRE, where he participates in the work of the D2 Study Committee.
He began his professional career as a programmer, designer and constructor of industrial automation control systems in Germany. He then implemented various IT systems in Polish institutions, companies and large corporations. Since 2000, in successive positions, he has held the position of IT manager in Poland or in the region.
Grzegorz Bojar has experience in managing ICT in large international corporations as well as in Polish state-owned companies.
Throughout his career, he has led business projects related to system design – from assumptions and objectives, budgeting, process analysis, and resource allocation – through system implementation – to the development and stabilisation of operating procedures. He has been involved in building IT strategies, organising and reorganising IT services, and stabilising services provided by ICT departments. He has experience in creating and managing organisations and enterprises.
Recently, he has been heavily involved in the areas of strategic IT management and cybersecurity.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Electronics at the Warsaw University of Technology, specialising in automation.

Agnieszka Durlik


Agnieszka Durlik
Director General of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce. Many years of experience in supporting entrepreneurs. Graduate of the Jagiellonian University and postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. She gained her first professional experience as the right-hand woman of the director of one of the largest hospitals in Warsaw, where she learned first-hand about the challenges of managing an organisation in a way that requires reconciling conflicting interests. For many years, she has represented the entrepreneurs' self-government as an expert in economic and legal issues related to setting up and running a business, labour law and social security. She has risen through the ranks of a large organisation, the Polish Chamber of Commerce, from expert, through project manager, press spokesperson, director of the president's office, to director general of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce. She actively participates in the law-making process in Poland – in parliament, ministries and public administration bodies. She has successfully prepared and implemented projects financed by EU funds. She advises entrepreneurs and appears in various media outlets as an advocate for business interests. Since 2017, she has headed the largest arbitration court for entrepreneurs in Poland. On a daily basis, she deals with the challenges faced by micro, small, medium and large entrepreneurs in the course of their business activities. A graduate of the Faculty of Management and the Mini MBA management programme at the University of Łódź. He is also a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he completed a one-year postgraduate management programme with honours, defending his thesis entitled ‘Implementation of CSR strategies as an element of gaining competitive advantage’.
One of the first people in Poland to professionally deal with CSR/ESG, sustainable development and non-financial reporting. He is a member of the team within the Polish Association of Listed Companies that developed the Polish Non-Financial Reporting Standard (SIN), enabling domestic companies to fulfil their non-financial reporting obligations. In addition, he is a member of the Working Group on Social Responsibility of Universities operating at the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy. At the Warsaw School of Economics, he is the director of the Centre for Sustainable Development and secretary of the Committee for Sustainable Development.

She is the originator and organiser of the GreenPact European ESG Summit. It was on her initiative that the KIG established the ESG School and undertook many activities to support entrepreneurs in the green transition. She is a member of the Sustainable Finance Platform in Brussels, the Board of Directors and the Budget Committee of Eurochambres.
In 2024, she became Vice-Chair of the Sustainable Development Committee at Eurochambres.
She belongs to many national and European working groups dealing with sustainable development. These include POLSIF, Chapter Zero Poland and the Sustainable Finance Platform at the Ministry of Finance.

For 29 years, a researcher at the Institute of Ecology of Industrial Areas (IETU), until February 2022, IETU Lead Expert in the field of Soil Remediation, Nature-Based Solutions and Urban Agriculture, since September 2020 Scientific Secretary of IETU, since March 2022 Director of IETU.
Education: Doctor of Technical Sciences in Environmental Engineering, Habilitated Doctor of Agricultural Sciences in the field of agricultural, forestry and veterinary sciences in the discipline of environmental protection and shaping, Professor in the discipline of environmental engineering, mining and energy. Specialisation: environmental biotechnology, environmental engineering and protection, environmental ecotoxicology. In 2011-2022, she headed the research area of Soil Remediation, NBS and Urban Agriculture at IETU, conducting research within national and international projects on phytoremediation (phytoextraction, phytostabilisation) of soils contaminated with heavy metals, assessment of phytotoxicity of substrates for plants, creation of plant cover in contaminated areas and substitute substrates from waste materials. Currently, she focuses on research on the use of energy crops in soil remediation processes and the use of biomass as an energy source. She is a member of the Presidium of the Committee for Environmental Protection and Waste Management of the Polish Academy of Sciences, the Environmental Protection Programme Committee of the University of Silesia, and the International Phytotechnological Society. Her scientific achievements include over 90 publications. From September 2019 to January 2022, she was a member of the Management Board of the Horizon Europe 2021-2027 Framework Programme Mission in the area of ‘Clean Soil and Food’ (‘Soil Health and Food’), and in 2020-2021 she was an expert in two European Commission EIP AGRI focus groups: ‘Protecting agricultural soils from contamination’ and ‘Sustainable industrial crops in Europe’. Since 2020, she has been an expert at the Ministry of Education and Science, supporting Poland's participation in a new European partnership under the Horizon Europe Programme, ‘Joint Undertaking for a Circular Bioeconomy in Europe’.

Michał Purol
Chief Sustainability Officer at UNEP/GRID-Warsaw, an affiliated centre of the United Nations Environment Programme. Within the organisation, he is responsible for projects related to the triple planetary crisis (biodiversity, pollution, climate crisis) as well as sustainable cities. Until recently, he was the coordinator of the country's largest climate programme, Climate Leadership, and Re:Generation-Together for Ecosystems. He is responsible for cooperation within TNFD, Business for Nature, CLG Europe and UNEP FI.
He advises social economy entities, SMEs and large corporations on transformation, strategy building and risk analysis, changes in product and service offerings towards greater sustainability, building partnerships and cooperation across the value chain.

For 15 years, he has been working at the intersection of project acquisition, consulting services, lobbying, sales, management, and marketing. He is the author of numerous expert opinions and analyses. He advises entrepreneurs on process management and optimisation, and cooperates with accounting and audit departments. Przemysław Ruchlicki also participates in consultations on draft laws and regulations concerning economic law and national strategies.
He is currently involved in legislative processes concerning economic law and ESG. At the same time, he is responsible for non-financial reporting for a large Polish company in the medical industry.
Stefano Soro


Stefano Soro
Stefano Soro was born in Genoa, Italy. He holds a degree in Management and Economics from Università Bocconi, Milan.
After working in the HR department of a multinational company, he joined the European Commission in 1994, serving in a variety of posts in Eurostat, the Enterprise and Industry DG, the Secretariat-General and the Health and Consumers DG, where from 2006 to 2011 he headed the unit responsible for non-food consumer safety. From 2012 to 2016 he was the Head of the "Medicinal products - quality, safety and efficacy" Unit and then of the “Animal nutrition, veterinary medicines” Unit.
Stefano joined the Internal Market, Industry Entrepreneurship and SMEs DG as Head of the "Food Industry" Unit in 2017. Since 1st May 2025 he is the Head of the DG’s new Sustainable Products Unit.

He was the president of the board of the Export Credit Insurance Corporation and undersecretary of state at the Ministry of Finance, responsible for macroeconomic analysis, public debt management and financial market development. In his professional and private life, he considers curiosity about the world to be the most important thing, and in pursuing this curiosity, he has found mathematics, geography and history to be the most useful subjects since his high school days (IX LO Hoffmanowa in Warsaw). He prefers to listen to heavy music.
Dota Szymborska

She holds a PhD in ethics and two master's degrees: in philosophy (specialising in logic) and sociology (applied social sciences) from the University of Warsaw. She is an academic, lecturer and TEDx speaker whose mission is to introduce new ethical standards to research on artificial intelligence and its business applications. A lecturer at WSB Merito University in Warsaw, she shares her knowledge of the practical applications of philosophical and sociological theories with students and conducts her own lectures and seminars. Since March 2024, Dr Szymborska has been an active member of GRAI, the AI working group at the Ministry of Digital Affairs. In 2024, she was also named one of the TOP 10 Women in Data Science in Poland. She publishes ethical texts in h'AI Magazine. She is a marathon runner, triathlete and beginner golfer.
Aleksander Śniegocki

He heads the Institute for Reform and supervises analytical work focused on climate policy and energy transition. He has over 10 years of experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative assessments of the impact of public policies (including in the areas of innovation, regional development, digitalisation, and sustainable development) and preparing strategic documents. He focuses on creating and managing systemic projects that promote the improvement of public policy in both Poland and Central and Eastern European countries. He gained his experience through the implementation of national and EU research projects, including those under the Horizon 2020 programme, and through consulting for public administration and the private sector. He graduated in economics from the Warsaw School of Economics.

Founder of Hynfra and Hynfra Energy Storage. He is an entrepreneur and strategic advisor, promoter of hydrogen technologies and large-scale renewable energy solutions. He focuses on accelerating market and technological progress towards climate neutrality. He chairs the Hydrogen Technology Committee at the Polish Chamber of Commerce, is president of the Hydrogen Poland association, and a member of Hydrogen Europe and the European Clean Hydrogen Alliance. He sits on the board of the Chamber of Commerce for Energy and Environmental Protection (IGEOŚ) and is also a member of the Honorary Council of the Centre for Hydrogen and Renewable Energy Sources at the Wrocław University of Technology. Vice-President of the Demagog Association responsible for education and training. Since 2018, he has been the coordinator of the Fact-checking Academy. With the support of his team, he initiates and implements educational projects aimed at counteracting disinformation and developing critical thinking skills. A goal-oriented enthusiast of streamlining processes and making decisions based on facts.
As an expert in media education, he has been teaching classes on fake news and verifying information on the internet for pupils and students, teachers and educators, as well as representatives of non-governmental organisations and businesses for seven years. He creates engaging workshop scenarios tailored to the needs of specific audiences and is always looking for new solutions to encourage content verification and the use of reliable sources of information. During his training sessions, he deliberately draws on his superpower: public speaking skills.
He developed his interdisciplinary approach to problem solving during his Interdepartmental Individual Studies in the Humanities at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, specialising in political science. He gained his teaching experience at Poznań's first democratic school, Trampolina, where he acted as a mentor to teenagers.
He cooperates with, among others, the Mieroszewski Centre, the TechSoup Foundation, the School with Class Foundation and the Creative Initiatives Association ‘ę’. He develops his skills by participating in industry conferences and training programmes, including the School of Political Leaders (2024), GlobalFact (2023), International Visitor Leadership Programme (2021-22), and DFRLab's Digital Sherlocks (2020-21). Previously, she was, among others: President of the Management Board of the Bank Guarantee Fund, Member of the Management Board of the International Association of Deposit Insurers, Member of the International Relations Committee at the European Central Bank, Member of the Economic and Financial Committee at the Council of the EU, Member of the Management Board of the National Bank of Poland, and President of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Prof. M. Zaleska obtained her PhD in economics in 1997, her postdoctoral degree in economics in 2000, and the title of professor of economic sciences in 2004. She is the author of over 500 publications.
